Tuition

 

Pricing is based per class. You can choose as many or the least amount of classes you want. 

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $75.00 per class. Due at time of sign up.

(IF REGISTERED EARLY YOU DO GET A DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION FEE PRICE IF SIGN UP BEFORE MAY IS OVER).

After May 2020 Registration pricing per class rise to $75.00 per class June-July. 

All classes are the normal one hour except our Math classes. Math classes are an hour and half. 

Preschool K-4

Price for the Year $1200.00

Elementary

Price Per Class $375.00 (YEARLY)

Price Per Math Class $525.00 (YEARLY) 

Middle School

Price Per Class $375.00 (YEARLY)

Price Per Math Class $525.00 (YEARLY)

Highschool

Price Per Class $475.00 (YEARLY)

Price Per Math Class $625.00 (YEARLY)

EXTRA ELECTIVES

Some Extra Elective classes can vary in pricing $180-$400.00 per year. 

FEES

TECHNOLOGY FEE- $50.00 per student

There is a non-refundable technology fee that is added to each account to help fund our Student/Family Portal. Currently we use Sycamore Education but will be switching to the FACTS system for 2020-2021 school year.

BOOK FEES- Book fees are priced per class and vary per grade. The cost of books will be calculated once you pick your classes. 

FACTS BILLING FEE- A fee of $50.00 per family will be charged by the FACTS billing system once you set up your payment plan.(Applies to the 2020-2021 School year)

Payment Method Registration: All families are required to register and maintain an active FACTS Payment account.

 

After initial enrollment, all further amounts due to Hearts Academy of Excellence for tuition and other fees will be due by 10 monthly payments, 1 full payment or, Semester payments. You can choose ACH DRAFT card through FACTS Tuition Management or choose to receive monthly invoices for the tuition.

Upon contract finalization, accounts will be charged a one-time $50.00 contract enrollment fee by FACTS like we said above.

 

Payment plans registered with a credit card will incur additional credit card service fees. Final payment on 2020-2021 student accounts must be paid in full by May 15, 2021.

APPLICATION FEE- A Fee of $100.00 for an application fee is due at time of application. 

UNIFORM FEES-

T-shirt- $15.00

Hoodie-$25.00

Zip Up Hoodie-$30.00

All students are required to wear the uniform and any jackets must be hearts academy uniform. You may where pants of choice as long as they abide by dress code.

Lunch Fees-

A lunch/chapel fee of $225.00 for the year will be charged to each students account if they are staying through the lunch and chapel hour.

Daily lunch costs are $5.00 per lunch. You pre-order your lunches on our Family portal login.

Withdrawal - THD/Hearts Academy of Excellence bases its budget on the number of students enrolled in the program. Therefore, parents are obligated to pay for their children for the entire year. Once the tutorial class begins, you will be liable for the payment for the full year. Exceptions to this policy may include: 

 Death of a parent 

 Moving more than 50 miles from THD/Hearts Academy of Excellence 

 Parent becoming unemployed
